Even though it would be sad to see relatives pass away, I know I will eventually get used to it regardless if I don't want to. Also if i"m immortal and it"s impossible for me to die in anyway then I can just break my pain receptors.

Hope I'd get immuned to the pain. Alot of people wouldn't want to live forever, but time heals all wounds and we all end up dieing alone. I'd love to have an eternity to learn all there is and see society grow(crumble the way were going now)

After a while U would get used to the pain, and that are "only" 80 years or so of you eternal lifespan. And probably you wouldn't be floating in space forever, since humanity has probably evolved into an interstellar species or something, so if the earth gets destroyed, you can go somewhere else
