If I don't like it, I can just partition it and never use the Windows Os.

Jake has the right answer. Just because it must have that OS installed, doesn't mean you have to always run it.

Why are there idiots copy pasting comments that say if they don't copy paste those comments the opposit of their wishes will com true. If you really belief in that just wish the opposite of what you want...

Yes! That"s what I'm saying! There"s NO reason that should work!
If it can evolve by itself then it should in theory be able to rewrite the code in Windows ME to correct it"s issues as well as upgrade it to be compatible with any OS hardware and software that came before and after it. Sort of negates the downside.

it says it must have the os, didn't say you have to use it!
plus you can actually have more than one os on a pc.

How to do this safely: make is powerful. Rip out bits of the computer so that it is only the secondmost powerful computer (just). Upgrade the OS

If it can evolve by itself, we would quickly choose an other OS, sooo...

It will upgrade itself, or partition millenium into a tiny partition and boot into say windows 7 or ubuntu or whatever

Is there an upside here?

@MrTinyGamer yeah until it stops you. And if you even try, it"s bound to kill you. Short circuit your house, make your door knobs electric, show you HORRIBLE messages, etc.
