Well, you clearly need sleep to survive. Also, it just means you are restless. Not sick, or dying. Personally, I would pay for the ability to sleep 4hours.

Even if it means a daynight sercel which i asume then you could take a first class plane and sercel and one of the poles success you can see as many 24 H. as you want with in second or minutes.

Go to bed at 10pm then wake up at 12am so you have two hours of sleep for a day then that night do the same thing again so you have sleep at night and day
