i would just have sleeping powder (if there is such a thing) and quick get the needle and hold it above my eye so when i fall asleep it will fall strait throw it. wait but when i fall asleep my eyes will be shut.. i don't get it.....

pay a professional doctor to do so and have him use anesthesia on your eye. memorize the most efficient way to make money so that way you wont run out when you pay them. then the only problem is that you have to drive to the doctor's workplace.

Sounds like you'd only need to do it once, sure, and its not dangerous either if you know what you're doing. There are medical procedures on eyes for stuff like this. (not memorizing, but needles in eyes, n shit)
