I have a phobia but I still pressed the button. Have a doctor put you under then do it. When you wake up you won't remember a thing and won't be traumatized.

i would just have sleeping powder (if there is such a thing) and quick get the needle and hold it above my eye so when i fall asleep it will fall strait throw it. wait but when i fall asleep my eyes will be shut.. i don't get it.....

It doesn’t say what type of Needle...You could easily just use the word needle by recording yourself saying needle and then playing it close to your eyes
