Who needs superpowers? Batman, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Black Widow, the Batfam, and the greatest hero of all, Stan Lee all don't have superpowers.

Not a loophole; them paying for their suits doesn't mean anything. If you did the same, you wouldn't have "superpowers", you'd just be a "superhero".

do you know how many times the comic book worlds are torn upside down... look at the last superman movie... all of metropolis pretty much died in an instant avengers, new york almost destroyed in minutes dont even get me started on DC... darkseid could destroy the solar system in one foul swipe
