Most NPCÊ»s are defeated by the main character of a video game. Or are friendly to the playable ones. So iÊ»m pretty sure they wouldnÊ»t be hostile if you end up being friendly with a playable character.

i can enter or leave any video game ? sure why not it doesn't specify if i can take things in or out with me and if you choose the correct type of game you will have a re spawn system
