They never said you can't move the save point forward. Just save anytime you"re about to make a decision that could effect your life. Or at a point you want to constantly relive.

Save in the morning of a day somewhere interesting - do absolutely everything I possibly can there, repeat. Learn every skill to the best on the planet, get a job with huge pay, have infinite money to buy whatever I want and do anything I want with no consequence at a young age

There is no downside here. Save at the beginning of your life, and you can do whatever you want because you already know what not to do.
