That"s a paradox. Skinny and fat are both subjective words. How would I be considered skinny, but at the same time be considered fat. Unless I was the only one who considered myself skinny, but that would make me just fat

It doesnt classify at what level "fat" is. By this meaning fat could be what you consider fat. At that point, just consider fat to be skinny and healthy. Boom, no downside.
