It doesnt classify at what level "fat" is. By this meaning fat could be what you consider fat. At that point, just consider fat to be skinny and healthy. Boom, no downside.

I'm already super skinny and eat absolutely everything I want. I'm not getting fatter even though what I eat isn't the healthiest type (for instance I eat pizza every Tuesday and I eat a LOOOOT of sweets)
