You would have the symptoms. Not the actual disease. Therefore there would technically be no disease inside of you to cure.

I won't live too long, obviously, but while I'm alive, I"d like to start by curing anything that doesn't have too many symptoms first, then move on to the things with more so that by the time I'm ready to die from all these diseases, I have cured them all
