Put the toothpicks with the blunt sides facing your skin. Then remove them and slam them- the toothpicks, that is- into the brick wall.

Put the toothpicks under your toenails, take the toothpicks out, and THEN slam them into the wall. It doesn't say you have to keep the toothpicks in while you slam them into the wall.

Even if you do the said downside, it doesn´t say which way the toothpick must be put under the toenail. Put it with the pointy ends outward there and get your money.
