It says noone can see or hear YOU. you could just use a microphone set on a talking-level volume (or louder if you want) to talk, and wear clothes and a mask/makeup.

I go to the alternate world of my choosing and live there for centuries, then i get the desire to go to another reality. Before I go to that one I first go to a reality ive no interest in THEN go to the second one i want. No one can see or hear me ect in EVERY OTHER world
