Well, isn't that what happens anyway? Like for example when you lose your sight, your other senses are enhanced to make up for it so you have like super hearing. So basically, it"s lose a sense, then your other senses will automatically be enhanced to super human levels.

Give up hearing for super hearing, Give up Seeing for Super sight, Give up tasting for perfect tasting, Give up smelling for extra smell powers (no big nose), Give up touching for SUper Feels. (no pun included on that last one)
