I can't be seen or heard, but the consequences of my actions can be seen and heard. I can also be felt, smelt and tasted. Sounds like it would be trivially easy to still communicate with people - hell, even just typing over the internet!

I can still do things, can't I? Pull an Invisible Man and cover myself in paint or something, learn sign language to communicate, and then travel the universe making friends. It says "you ARE all alone," not "you WILL FOREVER BE" alone. :D
