Stop posting questions where "You get the ability to ___" BUT "When you do _____ Happens". There's no downside to any of them. You never HAVE to do it.

Yes, but here, it's more like "if you already have that ability, would you use it". Because here the downside directly comes from pressing the button.

There’s no reason not to press this. If you have bad memories you will relive them anyway. And if the worst ting that has ever happen to you is that one time your brother eat the last slice of pizza it is not a big deal to relieve it.
