Arceus is only a dragon type when holding the dragon plate, and cannot learn moves like chatter, sketch, transform, mind blown etc, cannot evolve, cannot breed, cannot mega evolve, cannot primal revert, and cannot do many more things.

This is a must read!!! So, catch arceus and make him your friend. Than ask him to make pokemon inside pokeballs for me to keep. You can have any pokemon with arceus around.

It would be either Dittos or Pikachu"s for me. Because Pikachu is my favorite but like the comments suggest now you can have any Pokèmon basically. But I want the real deal.
