Just because they don't tell you, doesn't mean a relationship won't form. You already know they like you. Besides, you CAN make people have a crush on you and befriend them, very useful if someone wants to kill you also...just reject them...aha

Well all they're doing is hiding that they have a crush on you, nothing else. So you could be the one to make the move and even then they don't need to tell you they have a crush on you because they will probably do stuff that lets you know.
