Is someone watching me, or??? If I can choose when I spend my time in there, then I can just sleep in the room, sleeping naked would be weird but I could get used to it. It said the room was empty, but it didn’t say I couldn’t bring things in, so phone, mattress and sleeping bag.

you could just learn to sleep while sitting. and you could also have a window with a tv with voice commands in another room. you could exercise for some of those 8 hours. and it didn't say you had to do those hours all at once. you could spend every third hour of the day in there.
