Ok. There is no such thing as world peace. Even if there was, it would revert back to its war filled self because of nature. You can't change a persons personality because of something. There will still be hate and there will be bloodshed somewhere.

I guess the real question is how much would life expectancy go down. I mean think of all the vaccines that would be gone and other life saving technologies we would lose. Yes people would not die from war but they would die from disease and other terrible ailments.

Peace isn't always a good thing. A lot of our greatest technological advances were brought on by war actually. It also isn't stated that the peace is because of a mutual agreement, or because of an all-encompassing dictatorship.
