It"s a reference to Mirai Nikki / Future Diary I believe. Only he doesn't write his own future, it"s been written for him and he has to work to change it and stay alive. Great anime, lots of blood

I'm assuming this is referring to Future Diary... Where technically he doesn't write to determine the future, he can just read into the future and choose to act differently

Just write something like, you can never be damaged, it feeds back due to the nature of the book and protects the book from being damaged because it being damaged would harm you and that can no longer happen etc. . .(do this because the rules state it only works on people)
