What if your dream job doesn't require work, or if it does, it just requires a few seconds of doing something? Then basically every day would be a vacation day. My dream job would be being the owner of a massive rich corporation while hiring a bunch of subordinates to run my company for me.

programmer/gamer don't need a vacation just gaming and maybe a make a game or cool programs my job would be a vacation well I might get that job in the future making games other programs and maybe do some videos on youtube
