Use god powers to not have to poop ever. It works because the negative is you have to go to the bathroom every 24 hours, not poop every 24 hours. Therefore going to the bathroom only requires you to pee.

I can change what cacti are... since cacti is just a word I could make it mean "shit" in all languages so then by manipulating language, pooping is much easier. problem solved, problem staying solved.
