Literally the exact thing that would happen if you could stop time anyways. During the top it's stopped, you'd be living and aging while everyone else isn't. This isn't an upside, downside, it's a description of how basic time control works.

My thought is you can freeze other people and let time pass normally but the only time you stop is that persons time.

If time has stopped then you cannot age since time controls that, and if time isn't doing anything and has literally stopped how can it do some of its job aging everything and everyone around you including yourself.
