Since it never said how much time, I decide. I chose 1 Planck time for every octillion years time traveling. I now age nearly infinitely slow. Deal with it

See, it"s questions like these where everybody SHOULD press it You press the button to gain the ability. Who says you have to use it? Keep it as a contingency plan - did somebody close just get hit by a car? Go back about 2 minutes and stop them walking there to begin with.
