If you really did want someone to know then just write it in a book "accidentally" leave the book on their bed.. and disappear into the night. That technically isn't "telling" them anything, they just found out..

I can still prevent things from happening even if I never tell anyone about it. Plus, I could say, "I'm telling you, x is going to happen!!"....I never told anyone that I was able to see into the future.

If I wanted to tell people about it... Write the future on a piece of paper, toss it to the winds, whoever finds the paper reads it, they tell other people, Apocalypse Avoided... All because technically it's the Paper who told the person, not me >:D
