Too risky. What if the power isn't even worth the downside. You get the ability to give squirrels salads in an instant, but they have you as dessert.

ability: controlled shift -allows the user to turn into an animal of their choice -downside: someone will be stuck as that same animal for the rest of their life, and (presuming there is resurrection) will be reborn as that animal.
