Yeah I legit thought give me like 2 or 3 months and then I'll answer it but I do have a question how will this effect my growth? I'm 12 so when I'm like 20 something what will happen? Will I be extremely underweight IDK I'm still doing it tho

I see no downside. I'm a bit overweight and am supposed to grow 3-4 more inches. Plus, as a football player, I will stay at a good playing weight.
