There is a lot of public place you can go where you can't be seen. Public beach shower, public restroom, most out houses are public, also it doesn't say how much of the dance you have to do or for how long. Another thing naked? there can be bare ass naked ...[Show full comment]

"A public place" doesn't say there has to be people there. I can go to a public park in the middle of the night and do the hokey pokey in a hidden part of it for an hour for six hours of mind control powers.
