Lets say I accidentaly kill someone with this power I want (because I'm low lvl) , but if I regret it everyone will die... In other words, I can not feel bad for my mistakes or regrets without killing everyone. I prefer to keep my humanity and not press the button.

Being a shapeshifter would certainly be interesting when pissed off... I imagine a lot of people with throats ripped out, or bloody holes for faces, some organs laying everywhere, and fires. Among other things.
