According to this site i have infinite fame,money, a huge house,every super power i like,teleportation,a lot of celebrity friends,my gf of my dreams and i have infinite wishes so yea i can just make it so i never feel exhausted

No, I think you could lift heavy things but without the restrictions of the human body, (like things that you can't lift) but probably you shouldn't try and lift your truck or you'll die from exhaustion
