And here comes the headcanon of the commentator, how selfish of him. When you can read any book of any language, it really means that you sacrifice your enjoyment for generations to come. But I suppose Harry Potter is more valuable than that

The whole point of a book is to read through it and imagine it. I can't imagine something by "merely touching it" I get no joy if there's no imagination involved.

It says you are able to, which is along the same lines with you can. So I could just quick read all books and still enjoy my fiction. The downside only applies if you do the power on a fiction book
