Just Teleport in the Sky above where you want to teleport - Then look down where its a nice place with no Risk to teleport and teleport there ^^ Haha

To those who wish to teleport into the sky first, may I point out that the sky isn't guaranteed to be void of objects.... Personally, I'd stick to teleports within distances I can see.
