1) Climb it. Doesn’t specify to the top or how far, so one step will do. 2) Since I can have anything I want, I wish for what I want + after this I no longer have to climb Everest. 3) Profit.

There is no downside. You just gain an extra ability, it doesn't say you have to use it. If you ever REALLY need something, you can make a wish and start a climbing. If you don't wish for something, then you don't have to climb.

I would climb Mt. Everest once to get the ability to be able to run as fast as I want without getting tired. Then I would get more stuff, running infinitely fast up the mountain. I only have to climb up once to get anything I want.
