yes, absolutely. it would suck if some evil person got a particularly powerful super power. but i doubt they could fight off millions of other super powers.

The actual quote should have been “And when everyone has the same powers, no one will be a super.” Much more fitting since the weird hand thingy would only provide the same powers.
