Attach a nametag titled, "Dinnerbone", to yourself so you"re upside down, you'll still get paralyzed from the neck down, but it wont be your whole body.

If the superpower wasn't unspecified I would probably press it. But since it is, on top of the 93% chance I'd also gamble on getting a superpower I actually like. So no.

Even if you get paralyzed that way just have somebody lift your keyboard for you till you can mash the mouse button with your head, then you can get all the powers, which includes regeneration so that you aren't paralyzed anymore.
