Have them keep a journal along with the videos if you want but make sure they are doing the writing anything is more convincing if it"s in your own handwriting

My gf has complex partial seizures, and while it's not quite on the level of ^ her short-term memory is horrid and one seizure can leave her foggy and confused the rest of the day. If you love them, it's worth it.
