I would like to point out that it would take largely the fun out of the game, rendering the point of the game useless. Unless you of course want to impress your friends, this seems like it would get boring- fast.

Being at the highest skill level may sound fun, but it'd get real boring real fast. I already have to deal with people not playing with me when I beat them too much and it sucks, I don't need to have this with everyone.
