Already have autism and it's not really a downside. Socially awkward but smart and you can still learn to communicate. (There are other ussues but it's not all bad)

I have a friend who has autism, but I didn't even notice until he told me. He took about a year of therapy, and now he is just like everyone else, just super freaking smart. Autism would not be that bad.
