I can't stop time for 30 min. If I did, the countdown would never begin because time stopped...besides it never said I can move it do anything once I"ve stopped time. Come in bro, do your research.

Put gloves on, move/take whatever you want so it keeps it's value. I didn't take anything, the gloves did. I only took gloves. They become worthless/unusable afterwards, but I can just get myself another pair while moving things around.

Set up a TV special ala Blain where you will teleport from one city to a nearby city. Then in CDA stop time, drive to City b and then just stand on the stage waiting for the 30 minutes to run out. The moment time starts up again you, as the audience sees, instantly vanish and reappear.
