I"d just make non-sentient clone bodies and store them in tanks of water. I"d take those limbs from the clones and use them. Or I could make a robotic body like General Grievous and grow organs for when I need to replace mine. Unless it only means limbs.

I'm just saying yes because in order to STAY immortal I have to harvest fresh body parts. So really, what it's giving us is the ability to harvest body parts from people. The 'immortality' is just a side effect.
