Harry isn't really a hero of any sort any way. The wizarding world would probably be better without him, after he's killed Voldemort. He's probably 36 now anyway, so you'd have to get him with Avada Kedavra while he's away from the Ministry.

Assuming we transfer at the same time as Harry, it is quite simple. Given we have knowledge of the books, we can cast spells that would kill him without leaving traces. If we transfer after the time period of the books, well, fuck.
