They didn’t say what you had to drink? Limit yourself to a few pop tarts a day and have your main nutrition come from healthy smoothies and such. Vitamins can also be added to these... all goods

The phrasing of the downside means "the only thing you can do to Pop-Tarts is eat them" not "the only thing you can eat is Pop-Tarts." Therefore, since nothing would be affected by the downside, there is no downside and I can press the button without anything screwy happening.
