If I never had to eat, then I would never be hungry. If I'm never hungry, food doesn't taste as satisfying. Besides, I enjoy having a long life.

It says you don't *have* to. You still can. I pressed it for the "sleep" part specifically. B/c fuck sleep, i"d rather stay up forever playing pokemon and eating pizza.
