Criminals, terrorists, and killers would get to go to heaven too. There is no "if you don't press the button everyone goes downstairs" or anything, so just don't press the button and everyone will go where they deserve to be.

I am an atheist, so if there were a hell or heaven I would still go to hell. Then again I don't think rapist, molesters, killers, etc. Should be allowed in heaven.
