Wheres the upside? I love feeling sad sometimes. It makes happiness that comes after a lot more real and genuine. Without sadness there wouldnt be happiness.

But how would you know what it's like to be happy if you've never been sad? It take you have to have on to have the other. It is the saddest parts of life that makes us truly appreciate the happiest.
