I suppose their could be a downside if you acquired a condition which would normally cause you to seek euthanasia. And in fact it dosent say you don't age as normal, so the last 50 years could get ugly. A trickier question than it seemed at first...

You see, immortality sucks HOWEVER this is not immortality... you can die once you feel like quitting, assuming you"ve lived for that first 200 years during which i assume you are immortal, but ulitately it is worth it

I don't want to live for at least 200 years. That means everyone else who you ever loved and cared for(friends, family, significant other, etc.) would not live that long, and you'd be forced to watch them die. I don't want that!
