You can have a pet dragon, free of any charges! It will take care of itself and come back to it's home to see you, so you don't have to put much effort into ownin it unless you want to.

You have to tame it. Keep in mind that it's carnivorous. You cannot raise it from an egg. You must tame it from the wild.
