If you transfer your money from one bank account to another does that count as "spending"? ALSO what of someone has access to you bank account. They can take that money out and spend it on anything for anyone.

So I spend the 100$ on myself to keep living expenses wayyyyyyy down. That shit is 36,500$ a year added on to monthly income. I could use my regular income to help the starving child if my consiense gets a hold of me.
