Depending on how strict the condition is, it means you might not even be able to lead by example. Honestly I picture you being something like a ghost with all knowledge, as otherwise you can communicate by example.

Write everything down and hide it where people can see. Then have the title be telling what in there and you be saying nothing.

I can still communicate my normal knowledge at least, so even though this additional knowledge is only for my benefit and curiosity it"s still free power .
