You shoukd have explained color blind a bit better, think you meant that you cant see any color, but color blind is most of the time that you can not distinguish two colors. Like green amd red

Doesn't say how long I would be color-blind. I would be color-blind for less than 1 second because it does not specify, so i get to choose for how long.

Point 1: You can already taste all the food in the world, you just need to go out and get it. Point 2: It doesn't specify what type of colour-blindness, so let's just assume that it's colour-blindness to colour's the human eye already can't see.
